Amateur Free Boxing

Competition and performance: the amateur Free Boxing French Cups.

Olivier Blanco throwing a combination of punches on the punchbag

Amateur Free Boxing moves closer to how well techniques really work. The aim is to make your opponent give up, through strikes or submissions. This is the format used at the French Cups, which bring the discipline’s clubs together every year.

The French Cups

Since 2019, Olivier Blanco has also organised the Free Boxing French Cup. It is the event for experienced competitors and a chance to test yourself against other clubs.
