Contact is adapted to age and level: light contact, semi-contact, then full contact for experienced adults. In competition, a headguard with visor, gum shield, gloves, shin guards and groin guard are compulsory. And training always starts with technique.

Yes, to train at a club and to compete. The Team Blanco club has been affiliated to the Mix Fighting System Federation since 2022.

Free Boxing is practised in a gi jacket on the mats, with limited time on the ground. It also keeps a martial and self-defence dimension.
