Terms of sale
Template to be checked by a lawyer before publication.
1. Who is the seller?
The products and services offered on this website are sold by MAËCA, a SASU (single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 892 218 298, whose registered office is at lotissement La Crau, 21 avenue Héroult, 13120 Gardanne, France.
2. Quotes and orders
The estimate shown on the website is for guidance only. Only the quote sent by MAËCA is binding on both parties. It is valid for 30 days (to be confirmed with Olivier). The order becomes firm once the quote has been accepted in writing and the deposit set out in the quote has been paid.
3. Customisation
The customer supplies their logo and confirms that they have the right to use it. A mock-up is submitted for their approval before any production. No production starts without this approval.
4. Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are stated on the quote. They are given for guidance only. Delivery charges within France are shown on each product page. Outside France, shipping and local taxes are priced on the quote.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros. The balance is payable on delivery, unless otherwise stated on the quote. Accepted payment methods (to be confirmed with Olivier).
6. Right of withdrawal
Products made in the customer’s colours or with their logo are made to measure: the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article L221-28, 3°, of the French Consumer Code).
7. Complaints and guarantees
Any defect must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt (to be confirmed with Olivier), with supporting photos. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply to consumer customers.
8. Classes, coaching and seminars
Sessions cancelled by the customer less than 24 hours in advance must be paid for, except for medical reasons (to be confirmed with Olivier). Seminars and training courses are covered by a quote or an agreement setting out the programme, dates and cancellation terms.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge (name and contact details to be added). Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction are those of the area where MAËCA’s registered office is located, unless a different rule applies to consumers.
