Where and by whom is Free Boxing taught?
Free Boxing is learnt at a club, with instructors trained and qualified by the Mix Fighting System Federation.

Free Boxing is taught at clubs affiliated to the Mix Fighting System Federation, which keeps the discipline alive in France and abroad.
Trained instructors
To teach, you need to have trained and progressed through the grades, completed a coach course and then had your skills assessed by a panel. To coach for pay, French law also requires a professional sports coach card.
Every instructor has their own Free Boxing
The technical syllabus and the rules are shared. But each instructor brings their own background: a former boxer will focus on punches, a former judoka on throws. That is part of the discipline’s appeal.
In Provence
Olivier Blanco, a 4th-degree black belt and qualified sports coach, teaches in Simiane-Collongue, between Gardanne and Aix-en-Provence. He also runs seminars at clubs in France and in French-speaking countries.
